MotoGP kicks off today; UP govt seeks investment, CM to hold CEO conclave | Delhi News
2 min readAlongside the mega MotoGP event, the UP government is also trying to explore the possibilities of large-scale investment in the state through it, officials said. Sources said that Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will hold a ‘CEO Conclave’ on September 23 with the CEOs of top companies arriving for the event, MotoGP Bharat.
In this conclave, sources said, the CM will share the details of emerging markets, infrastructure, connectivity and other features and possibilities of Uttar Pradesh.

Officials said 275 big companies like Red Bull, Shell, B-Win, BMW, Oakley, Monster, Motul, Tissot, Repsol, Polini, GoPro, Honda, Michelin, Amazon, DHL and Petronas, among others, participate in the event.
Over the years, this sport has made major contributions to the economy of host countries. The sport represents the two-wheeler industry which has a strong presence in India and most parts of Asia.
Tickets from Rs 800 to Rs 1.80 lakh
Officials said that around 1.5 lakh people per day will be engaged in this global racing event. Around 10,000 people from across the globe will come to Buddha International Circuit to be a part of this event, according to a press release by the UP government. Tickets related to the event are being sold in the price range of Rs 800 to Rs 1.80 lakh, the release added.
