2 min readKirron Kher and Anupam Kher on Tuesday morning wished their son Sikander Kher on his birthday with special social media posts. In her post, Kirron shared a cute throwback picture with Sikander from his childhood, whereas Anupam called him a “confident, vulnerable” person and asked him to get married as he turns 42 today.
Kirron took to Instagram and shared a picture of herself and as baby Sikander smiling away as she wrote, “Dearest darling @sikandarkher, many many happy returns of the day. God bless you with a long, happy and healthy life. Lots of love, Mom♥️.”
Anupam on the other hand shared a picture of himself and Sikander slickly dressed in suits and wrote, “Happy Birthday dearest Sikandar! You have grown to be a wonderful man! Confident, vulnerable, most of the time responsible, funnier of course and loving when you want! And a FANTASTIC actor! 😁😍 !”
He also asked Sikander to get married as he added, “My wish for you – May God give you all the happiness in the world! May you have a long , healthy and peaceful life! May you shave every alternate day if not everyday and so on! Your mother’s wish apart from all this – GET MARRIED! 😬! Love and prayers always! ❤️🙌🕉 @sikandarkher.”
Anupam tied the knot with Kirron in 1985 and embraced fatherhood as he welcomed Sikander as his stepson. On the work fron Sikander was last seen in Netflix’s Monica, O My Darling, he’ll next be seen in Sushmita Sen’s Aarya 3 which will stream on Disney Plus Hotstar from November 3.
